Selection

Selection procedure for Erasmus Mundus Scholarships

The selection committee ranks the applicants onto a main list and a reserve list.
Students on the main list are considered for an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship or a Consortium scholarship. No more than 10% from the same nationality can be selected from the main list. If students withdraw from the main list, the highest ranked students from the reserve list are upgraded to the main list and are notified immediately.

Interviews

The 40 first pre-selected candidates on the main list and eligible for an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship will be invited to participate in a video conference interview to exchange with the jury. Please keep in mind that this interview is only a pre-selection stage and does not mean that the candidate is eligible.

General rules

The ranking takes into account the academic performance of the student, the relevance of the field of their B.Sc for the EU-CORE curriculum, the quality of the home institution, and other CV aspects. The applicant must provide their English language level, and the motivation template.
Applicants whose applications have been rejected have the right of appeal. Appeals should be directed to the following address: eucore30ac7b79-c369-4f45-87d7-35858c1bcfa2@ec-nantes.fr. More information on how to appeal will be given in the non-selected notification email.

Student agreement

Once selected by the jury, students will be contacted by EU-CORE Management Office and will have to confirm their arrival by signing several documents including the mandatory Student Agreement - coming soon which set out the rights, rules and regulations of the master program.
