Applicants will register through an
online application platform
. They will have to
fill out an online form
with their personal data and
upload the following documents

CV
(please indicate on your CV the courses and scores related to EU-CORE fields. We also recommend that you provide an explanation where studies lasted longer than normally required by the diploma).
scan of the passport first pages or identity card
(including name, date of birth etc.)
certified academic degrees
with
transcripts
and
diploma supplement
(if available) of all university studies, with official translation in English,
motivation letter

evidence of English proficiency with a recognised International English test Certificate

Proof of residence
: either of the following documents can be accepted:
a residence certificate issued by the applicant's city hall / local authority (attach certified English translation)
a certificate from the candidate's place of work, study or training issued by the employer or institution in question (attach certified English translation)
NB: Proof of residence must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline of applying for an EMJMD student scholarship.

If candidates/applicants are selected (proposed for a scholarship/fellowship, put on the reserve list or enrolled on a self-paying basis) their data may be used for the purposes of evaluating the programmes, efficiently managing the projects, and producing statistics. Data could be made available to the EACEA, the European Commission, the European External Action Service staff, as well as to other stakeholders of the Erasmus+ programme, such as Erasmus+ National Agencies, National Erasmus+ Offices and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association.
